Phú Quốc, Đà Lạt, Sa Pa dự kiến “hết phòng” trong dịp Tết Dương lịch 2023

Trước sự đến gần của Tết Dương lịch 2023 và Tết Nguyên đán, các công ty du lịch dự báo tình hình tour Tết Dương lịch sẽ khá trầm lắng: số lượng khách giảm, đa phần ưa thích các tour ngắn ngày.

The Northern mountainous region, attracting cold enthusiasts, Sa Pa is expected to be fully booked.

According to assessments, only a few places are considered 'hotspots' during this holiday and are still attracting a large number of tourists. In the North, Sa Pa (Lào Cai) has already experienced 'fully booked' situations in 3-5 star accommodations. Additionally, tourists are also interested in exploration tours to Hà Giang, Mộc Châu, Tà Xùa, lasting 3-4 days.

Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Minh Hiền, Deputy Director of PYS Travel, stated that half a month before the New Year holiday, the company finalized tours to the Northern mountainous region for more than 1,800 passengers.

In recent days, the information about snow appearing in some areas such as Sa Pa, Y Tý has kept the interest in tours to these places 'hot.' According to Mr. Tô Ngọc Liễn, Chairman of the People's Committee of Sa Pa town, the locality expects to welcome 30,000 visitors during the New Year holiday.

Mr. Hoàng Tuân, CEO of THD Travel, evaluates that tourists not only tend to travel to highland areas but also prefer specially designed tours, catering to the requirements of small groups or family groups of 5-10 people with high-quality 4-5 star services.

According to surveys, famous accommodations in Sa Pa such as Topas Ecolodge, Sapa Jade Hill, Laxsik Ecolodge, Ville De Mont Mountain, Utopia Ecolodge... have been fully booked from early on. The representative of Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa believes that the number of guests during the New Year of 2023 in Sa Pa will experience significant growth.

Hà Giang is also a competitive 'hotspot' with Sa Pa. During winter here, tourists can hunt clouds and snow. Hà Giang has famous cloud hunting spots such as Tây Côn Lĩnh Peak – the roof of the Northeast, Chiêu Lầu Thi Peak, Mã Pì Lèng Pass, Chín Khoanh Slope. At the end of December or January every year, temperatures in many places in Hà Giang can drop below 0°C, accompanied by rare phenomena such as frost and snow.

Đà Lạt and Phú Quốc continue to be 'hot.'

Pearl Island continues to attract visitors in the Southern region.

In the Southern region, tourists tend to choose familiar destinations such as Nha Trang, Đà Lạt, and Phú Quốc.

Among them, Nha Trang and Phú Quốc are the venues for a series of noteworthy Christmas and New Year activities, such as the Copenhagen Christmas Fair and the Countdown party by the beach, featuring the participation of many famous Vietnamese singers.

'These attractive events have made Phú Quốc and Nha Trang appealing to many young tourists. We had to prepare room funds, amusement park tickets very early to ensure serving the needs of tourists. Up to now, we have basically completed 80% of the room quota sold to tourists. This year, tourists tend to book closer to the date, so I believe that we will be able to achieve the set target close to the holiday time,' said Mr. Bùi Thanh Tú – Marketing Director of BestPrice Travel Company.
