Năm 2045, Măng Đen trở thành trung tâm điểm du lịch, khu nghỉ dưỡng hàng đầu khu vực

Phó Thủ tướng Trần Hồng Hà đã ký Quyết định số 1492/QĐ-TTg ngày 29/11/2023 phê duyệt Nhiệm vụ Quy hoạch chung xây dựng Khu du lịch Măng Đen, huyện Kon Plông, tỉnh Kon Tum đến năm 2045.

Phát triển du lịch Măng Đen trở thành lĩnh vực kinh tế đặc sắc

Chính sách quy hoạch nhằm phát triển Khu du lịch Măng Đen đạt các tiêu chí của Khu du lịch sinh thái quốc gia và là điểm đến hấp dẫn, thương hiệu của khu vực Tây Nguyên, cả trong và ngoài nước. Phát triển du lịch thành ngành kinh tế chuyên nghiệp, độc đáo, cạnh tranh cao, gắn kết và thúc đẩy sự phát triển của các ngành, lĩnh vực khác, đóng góp quan trọng vào sự phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của huyện Kon Plông và tỉnh Kon Tum.

The development of Măng Đen Tourism Area must ensure security and defense; focusing on maintaining political stability, social security, poverty reduction, improving the material and spiritual life, intellectual level of the people, preserving the distinctive cultural identity of ethnic groups; ensuring ecological environment, preserving biodiversity. Preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and scenic beauty, intangible cultural heritage, and related cultural spaces.

Developing Măng Đen Tourism Area into one of the driving forces of national tourism development

The goal is to build and develop Măng Đen Tourism Area into one of the driving forces of national tourism development. By 2045, strive to make Măng Đen Tourism Area a national and regional center for tourism, resorts, and culture, with a comprehensive, modern, and synchronized social and technical infrastructure, offering diverse, high-quality tourism products, branded and competitive with other countries in the region.

To achieve the above goals, a key planning research requirement is to study the model of eco-tourism development, the urban-tourism space structure; the distribution of urban-rural systems based on inheriting the Eco-tourism Planning project of Măng Đen region; General planning for Kon Plông town... Organize space for the functions of Măng Đen Tourism Area such as: the main tourism center focusing on most of the large-scale tourism products and services with unique characteristics, satellite tourist points, urban-rural areas; landscape and heritage protection areas; natural forest protection areas; production and exploitation of tourism activities in the forest, organizing the connectivity infrastructure system must comply with the regulations of the Forestry Law and other relevant legal regulations, and adapt to climate change.

Propose specific solutions for controlling the development space for the main tourism center, satellite tourist points; Măng Đen town and communes; study solutions for managing the height and density of characteristic areas such as the central area of Măng Đen town – Măng Cành, where historical sites and landscapes are concentrated; villages of ethnic minorities...
