Where is Lotus Village?

Lotus Village is situated in Duc Hoa district, Long An, stretching 800m along the 60m wide Hung Vuong Avenue, just 30 minutes away from the center of Saigon by car.

Adjacent to the center of Saigon, within 20 minutes drive along the route from Phu Lam roundabout or Vo Van Kiet Avenue running along Tran Van Giau Street, Tran Dai Nghia, tourists will find their way to Lotus Village Vietnam. From Lotus Village Vietnam, you can easily travel to Cholon, District 1, or Tan Son Nhat Airport, and especially to surrounding facilities such as Mien Tay Bus Station, Co.op Mart supermarket, hospitals, administrative centers, and schools at all levels, which takes only about 10 minutes.

Along both sides of the road into the Lotus Village are rows of straight coconut trees as if welcoming those who have returned to their roots.

The center of the Lotus Village is designed with a spacious lotus pond of up to 2 hectares. In the middle of the lotus pond is the Bamboo Vietnam Conference Center, entirely made of bamboo, with a capacity of over 1000 people.

Along the Lotus Village is a strip of the 3 regions' commercial street - North, Central, and South - with a pedestrian path of more than 1.5km. The special feature of the Lotus Village is that along this road, visitors will first feel the taste of life in a 'mini Vietnam' with all the most characteristic values of cuisine and commerce from the three regions - North, Central, and South.

Bach Viet Park, with an area of over 5 hectares, is a focal point of modern facilities such as: Tre Viet Conference Center, Sen Viet Cultural and Commercial Exhibition Center, Phuc Khang Central Building, Phu Dong Thien Vuong skills enhancement school and especially the most prominent highlight in the middle of the park is the Tinh De Lien Lake like a giant mirror reflecting and cooling the entire residential area of Lotus Village Vietnam.

In addition to the exhibition rooms displaying cultural and artistic works, you can also indulge in traditional dishes from all three regions of the North, Central, and South.

4. Cuu Long - Song Hong Commercial Street

Cuulong - Red River Commercial Street is inspired by the idea of the Cuu Long - Red River, two prosperous rivers with heavy silt deposition enriching the homeland of Vietnam. This is the road where cultural and artistic festivals take place across the three regions, reviving the unique traditional cultural atmosphere of the nation, attracting both domestic and international tourists.

5. Hoa Trang Nguyen High School

The school is designed with a spacious and cool environment, accommodating about 700 students. The green roof is a unique and dominant feature of Sen Viet Village, creating a unified natural landscape.

6. Phu Dong Thien Vuong Skills School

This is the place where urban children will immerse themselves in nature, learning practical skills. Moreover, the child will live in a space full of traditional cultural values, experiencing traditional festivals instead of dull lessons.

7. Residential Area

Each house here is designed to be simple, rustic, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective. Architects have transformed dull concrete blocks into hanging gardens and fresh vegetable gardens for the whole family. Another special highlight here is the fruit tree park in front of the house, forming an extended green belt, featuring various fruit trees such as mango, guava, custard apple, pomelo, jackfruit, lychee, and more.
