Phủ Tây Hồ, once part of the ancient village within Thang Long Citadel, now belongs to Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District. Situated on the large peninsula of Nghi Tam Village, protruding into West Lake, it venerates the goddess Lieu Hanh. After lighting incense to pray for a peaceful year, you can contemplate the scenery of the palace, experiencing the beauty of Hanoi as the sun sets over the lake, creating a delightful and picturesque view.
Chua Huong, Hanoi
Located about 40 km from Hanoi, Chua Huong is easily accessible for a day trip. It holds significant cultural and religious importance in Vietnam. The temple was primarily constructed in the late 17th century, damaged during the resistance against the French in 1947, and subsequently restored in 1988.

Every year, from the 6th day of the 1st lunar month to the end of March, the festival at Chua Huong takes place. Buddhists from across the country come to participate, offering prayers, seeking blessings, and enjoying the scenic landscapes.
It's truly fascinating to sit swaying on a boat, drifting along the Yen stream, and feel the beauty of the land and sky in spring.
Yen Tu, Quang Ninh
The historical and scenic site of Yen Tu is a complex of pagodas, hermitages, towers, statues, ancient trees, and natural landscapes in Thượng Yên Công commune, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province. The summit of Yen Tu mountain, where Dong Pagoda stands at an elevation of 1,068 meters above sea level, is renowned for its spiritual significance.
Yen Tu has become the center of Buddhism since King Tran Nhan Tong renounced the throne, donned monk's robes, and established a distinctive Vietnamese Buddhist sect, the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen sect. The Yen Tu festival takes place from the 10th day of the first lunar month until the end of March.

In today's world with cable car systems, tourists can easily reach Dong Pagoda without much effort. Therefore, visitors can enjoy the scenery throughout the year, not just during Tet. From the summit, you can overlook the landscapes of mountains and sky.
Ba Chua Kho, Bac Ninh

Ba Chua Kho Temple, 25 km from Hanoi, is renowned for its sacredness in business and trade. At the beginning of the year, the place is bustling with visitors offering incense, praying for a prosperous year in business. And at the end of the year, it's also lively with people coming for gratitude and blessings.
Facing south, the main architectural structures of the temple include the temple yard, two ceremonial corridors, the front temple, the second courtyard, and the rear palace, all forming a harmonious and majestic ensemble. Besides offering incense, you can also learn about the history of this sacred temple.
Bai Dinh, Ninh Binh

Bai Dinh Pagoda is renowned as the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia. Every year, the pagoda opens its doors at the beginning of spring, welcoming millions of visitors. It attracts tourists from everywhere with numerous records: the largest area in Vietnam, the largest bronze-gilded Buddha statue in Asia, the longest Arhat corridor in Asia, and more.
Exploring the pagoda, you will feel the serene atmosphere here, surrounded by picturesque landscapes. It's an ideal destination if you only have a day for spring travel.
Tran Temple, Nam Dinh
Every year on the inauguration day, tourists flock to the temple, crowding the pathways. Many have to squeeze and step on each other to obtain the seal.

The Tran Temple festival takes place from the 15th to the 20th of the eighth lunar month annually. In the years when the festival falls on an even number, it tends to be more elaborate. However, even before the official festival, visitors from all over eagerly come to participate in the Tran Temple festival, hoping for prosperity and good fortune.
